you’re ready to start a new production. Each production is available in perpetuity so long as you maintain
your monthly subscription, and you can purchase and activate credits at your own pace.

While we don’t offer a full offline mode today, you can export printable PDFs or key content to use as backups in areas with limited connectivity. That said, we strongly recommend all production teams ensure a stable internet connection during shows — even low-cost mobile hotspots can provide the reliability needed to keep your team in sync.

bulk through your dashboard, you will still be eligible for the bulk credit discounts.
The monthly subscription gives you access to all core Script Elephant
features, unlimited users, and ongoing platform updates. It also ensures your account and content stay
accessible even between productions. Think of it as your team's backstage pass — ready whenever the next
show comes calling.
We do not offer refunds on Production Credits. However, if you cancel your
monthly subscription, your account — including any unused credits and past productions — will be preserved
and available if you choose to reactivate in the future.
Enterprise accounts are based on annual terms. If you choose to cancel before your renewal date, you’ll retain full access through the end of your current term. Please note that no refunds are issued for early cancellations.
